4. Golden Pheasant will contact you by phone or by WeChat to discuss your possible investment in Oil and Gas Property Rights in the United States.
5. After speaking with you directly, Golden Pheasant will send the official Oil and Gas Property Rights purchase agreement to your email address using the information that you provided above including the number of acres to purchase, the down payment required and the full purchase price.
6. Download and read the official Oil and Gas Property Rights purchase agreement from the email referred to above.
7. Golden Pheasant will contact you again by phone or by WeChat after you have received the official Oil and Gas Property Rights purchase agreement. We will discuss any additional questions you may have.
8. If you would like to proceed with the investment in US Oil and Gas Property Rights, then you will sign the signature page of the official Oil and Gas Property Rights purchase agreement and email back to Golden Pheasant at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will also need to make immediate arraignments for the payment of the down payment as calculated in the purchase agreement ($1000 USD per acre).
9. We will work with you as best we can to find the best method for you to pay this down payment in US Dollars to our bank in the United States.
10. Once we have both the signed purchase agreement from you and received the down payment from you, then we will sign the purchase agreement and return a fully executed purchase agreement back to you by the email you provided to us.
11. After we have executed the purchase agreement, you have 10 days to make the rest of the payment to Golden Pheasant ($8,425 USD per acre).
12. Once Golden Pheasant receives the remaining $8425 USD per acre for all the acres that you are purchasing, then we will have a US attorney file the official Deed with your name and address in the US government Recorder’s Office. We will not transfer the Deed into your name until we have been fully paid. Once the Deed is in your name, there is no way we can ever get it back if you fail to pay us.
13. Golden Pheasant will send to you the official US Deed document by regular mail and will also send to you a scanned copy of this US Deed document by email. This Deed document is the official document that you own the Oil and Gas Property Rights that you just purchased. If you happen to lose this document, it is not a problem. Your Deed is recorded in the US government Recorders Office and can never be lost, stolen or destroyed. This is your property forever or until you sell it or give it to your family and heirs.
14. You do not have to worry about paying any real estate taxes, income taxes, or insurance liability policies. Oil and Gas Property Rights in the united States are exempt from these requirements and expenses.
